A geriatric assessment looks at the whole person rather than a single symptom, so older adults with several health problems get one joined-up plan instead of separate appointments.

Yes. Most bookings are made by a son or daughter. Choose who the assessment is for on the form and we will call you to arrange it.
Who carries out the assessment?
A UK-trained, certified consultant geriatrician, supported by our multidisciplinary team of nurses, therapists and dietitians.
Can the assessment take place at home?
Yes. A consultant geriatrician can see your relative at our hospital in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, or at home through our hospital-at-home service.
How much does a geriatric assessment cost?
Fees depend on each person's needs. We talk you through every cost when we call, before anything is booked.
I live abroad or outside Lagos. Can I still book?
Yes. Choose WhatsApp or email as your preferred contact on the form, and we will keep you updated on tests, results and treatment throughout.
